Whitebeard vs. World Government

Whitebeard, somehow called the Strongest Pirate in the World of One Piece, also said to have 16 powerful commanders in each division. Some of each commander could match up a Shichibukai, Admiral or a Vice-Admiral. We also couldn't tell if not only Whitebeard commanders are very strong, maybe there are some elite forces in each division. But in this fight between them, what could be the outcome of it? Will the forces of the World Government collapse? Definitely, Whitebeard maybe the Strongest Pirate ever lived, but on this New Age, maybe there could be a twist in it's upcoming events. This war maybe the first ever major war in One Piece history. And some of us know,not only Whitebeard are making there move. There are some other pirates from the New World who are also heading to the Marine headquarters, also Monkey D. Luffy is also heading to the Headquarters to rescue his brother, and don't ever forget, what if their father will help too, Monkey D. Dragon and his revolutionary army. This could be an exciting moment in One Piece history. As for my opinion who will emerge victorious? Definitely, the World Government will lose or maybe will be a draw.
